Position Summary

Gross Mendelsohn’s Technology Solutions Group has an outstanding opportunity for an Applications Specialist in our Baltimore Office but must be willing to drive to our Fairfax, Virginia Office at least 1x per week.

 

Responsibilities will include:

 

Software: set up and support software functionality, enter test data, and/or process information to verify functionality is working as expected/per business requirements.

 

_ Infrastructure Troubleshooting and Support:_ analyze computer network issues and resolve. Perform updates, verify backups, test and evaluate existing network systems.



Position Description

  • Previous experience supporting CPA firm applications
